Our CEO, Thomas Scott is a well known franchise author and thought leader on franchise lead generation. He regularly speaks at franchise conferences and shares original content about franchise sales best practices online. Thomas has helped every major role in a franchise system, having grown his franchise system, Showhomes Home Staging to over 100 units and generated a 300% increase in unit economics. He also has been a multi unit franchisee in three brands and today operates several Just Love Coffee Cafe Franchises in metro Nashville, where we are based.
Our Chief Development Officer David Sparks, has been a VP of Development at several brands, handing domestic and international development and overseeing staffs of recruiters. He has worked with Nurse Next Door, adding over 150 units in the US, PostNet, Shelf Genie, Growth Coach and several other systems.
Our COO, Lisa Slate, has worked in franchise marketing since she was 17, starting as a cashier at Captain D’s and rising to the national marketing manager for that brand for twenty years.
